1952 BSA A7 STAR TWIN 500 PROJECT

For Sale is a 1952 A7 Star Twin according to the engine #s, with a plunger frame, which is correct for the year.
This bike has been in dry storage for app. 40 years. The engine turns over and even feels like it has compression.
It looks like someone was thinking of making it into a custom at the time as the frame has been chromed as has the
entire front end. Frame has not been cut and the bike has been left mostly stock. It is missing the seat and correct
gas tank (a tank of unknown origin does come with it). The bike would make a nice bobber custom if one was into
that sort of thing or could be restored. It comes with both fenders & stays, original rear wheel assembly,
original front wheel, magneto, generator, carb, etc. In other words, it's 90% there. It is a rolling chassis with
engine/gearbox unit together and installed.

I don't have an ownership for it as papers were long lost, but do have a bill of sale and will provide bill of sale
with bike. Great opportunity for someone to make a unique custom or restore a nice early A7 BSA.
