332-Series: Power Units
(Please see the "help files" for
installation instructions.)
If the stator on the bike has 3
wires and you are unsure whether it is single phase or 3 phase, please quote the
stamped in Lucas number found on the laminations of virtually all stators.
ALL 2 wire stators are single phase, but 3 wire stators could be single phase or
3 phase. Any stators with more than 3 wires are for the ET (AC ignition) systems
and should be replaced by a later stator in order to upgrade, and the ignition
modified. Please note, 3 phase stators only came as standard equipment on
negative ground equipped Triumph twins from 1979 onwards, but some older bikes
have been upgraded with three phase stators for higher output, at lower RPM.
If in doubt, call BCS to discuss.

332-104 Mity Max Single Phase
Replaces Rectifier and Zener Diode
Plus Has a Capacitor for Running Without a Battery

332-104/A Tympanium Single Phase
Replaces Rectifier and Zener Diode

332-104/B Boyer Single Phase
Replaces Rectifier and Zener Diode
Plus Has a Capacitor for Running Without a Battery

332-104/C Sparx Single Phase
